The Orcas Senior Center is deeply moved by the outpouring of appreciation for Pegi Groundwater and her many years of dedicated service as the volunteer coordinator for SHIBA.
While we would love for everyone to join in celebrating Pegi on Sunday, October 13, attendance is by invitation only due to the State-issued liquor license.
