Court activity scheduled for February 4th has been cancelled.

From Janice Peterson

This is an update on the lawsuit filed in Skagit County Superior Court by plaintiffs represented by Stephanie Johnson O’Day seeking a ruling from Judge John M. Meyer to make Propositions 1, 2, and 3 void.

Two items having to do with “necessary parties” and the venue for the proceedings will be decided by the Court next week without oral arguments.

Court activity scheduled for February 4th has been cancelled.

Judge Meyer will hear the balance of the pending motions with oral argument commencing at 9 a.m. on February 19.  He will rule from the bench on as many issues as he can on that date, and the balance – if any – before the end of February.
