The annual Summer Book Sale sponsored by the Friends of the Orcas Island Library is scheduled for this Saturday, August 14 in the parking lot of the Orcas Library. We’ll be open from 10 am until 3 pm, offering books, DVDs and CDs for all ages and tastes.
Considering the recent news about COVID cases on Orcas, we recommend that attendees practice social distancing and wear masks in crowded areas, even though the book sale is outdoors. Hand sanitizers and a supply of masks will be available onsite. Please consider the health and safety of yourself as well as others.
