The Deer Harbor Plan Review Committee (DHPRC) will meet on Wednesday, July 11 at the Deer Harbor Fire Station from 4 to 5:30 p.m. The following agenda will be discussed:

1. Chair: Call to order, establish quorum, approve minutes of 6/13/18 meeting

2. Chair: Recognize public attendees. Members of the public are invited to participate in committee discussions. Chair will recognize speakers.

3. Old Business/ Committee Updates

  1. Pathways- Phase Two right of way map and discussion, timeline for grant monies – Jeff Sharp
  2. Hitchhiker bench near Deer Harbor Inn – Anne Marie Shanks
  3. Update on traffic calming alternative , i.e., “turtle” discussion – Jeff Sharp
  4. Update electric sign relocation and repair- Jeff Sharp

4. New Business

  1. Election of DHPRC officers
  2. Footpath signs
  3. Prep for lodging tax report due to project delays
  4. Parking Ordinance
  5. Speeding within Deer Harbor Hamlet- Sheriff Krebs
  6. Footpath on Deer Harbor Road torn-up by CenturyLink (Bear Cove Road to Ralph Gott Road)
  7. Building permit from Colin Maycock
