Costumes are NOT just for KIDS ! ! !
Kids and parents are invited to stop by the meeting room at the Orcas Island Public Library for a chance to show off their Halloween costumes and trick-or-treat for a book on Friday, October 31st from 3:00 to 6:00 pm.
Come in and pick out a book and have your picture taken. Books are made possible through a generous grant from Friends of the Orcas Island Library. The Library is located at 500 Rose Street.
