Trick-or-Treaters at Orcas Public Library
Kids and parents are invited to stop by the Orcas Island Public Library for a chance to show off their Halloween costumes and trick-or-treat for a book on Wednesday, October 31 from 4 to 7 pm. Join us in the meeting room and pick out a book and have your picture taken.
Books are made possible through a generous grant from Friends of the Orcas Public Library. The library is at 500 Rose Street in Eastsound.
