Sustainable Youth Trades

Kids can do fun, free, real-world projects and learn how trades careers support sustainability. Projects are geared towards middle school ages.

Register soon! Deadline for the first two projects is July 5th, 2021.

We thank the Conservation District, OPALCO, and Rainshadow Solar & Energy Solutions for working with us (the EDC) and WSU Extension’s 4-H program to create and introduce these opportunities for kids.

FREE Woodworking Basics Course!

Learn Woodworking Basics! The EDC is offering a new course for adults seeking to use woodworking skills in their work. Course is FREE except for a reimbursable application fee.
