Friends of the Orcas Island Library is having its Annual Meeting for all members on Sunday, October 16. It is being scheduled to fall within the national Friends of the Library week and will be held at the library from 1-3.
A short and important meeting will consist of approval of the slate of members for the Board’s coming year, a financial report and comments from our librarian, Phil Heikkinen.
Tom Fiscus will speak to us on the timely topic of The National Security Challenges and You.
Coffee and chocolates will be served.
People who are not currently members can come to the meeting and join in person!
