— from Washington State Ferries —
Beginning Monday, October 22, a temporary 3-boat schedule will be implemented on the Anacortes/San Juan Islands’ route. Several vessels are scheduled for necessary maintenance, reducing WSF’s fleet through November 4. Regular service will return on November 5. Existing reservations scheduled for this period are cancelled and all vehicles will be loaded on a first-come, first-serve basis. Adjusted departure times can be viewed by visiting the Temporary 3-Boat Schedule at: wsdot.wa.gov/ferries/pdf/AnaSJsTemporary3BoatSchedule.pdf.
Please note that the international sailings will be cancelled during this period. Washington State Ferries appreciates your understanding as we work to maintain our vessels.
Update: While the Anacortes/San Juan Islands route experiences a service reduction with 3-boat service from October 22 through November 4, WSF and Diamond Parking are allowing customers to park for free in Lot D (the uppermost lot) at the Anacortes terminal so that they can more easily walk onto the ferry. To take advantage of the free parking, customers should obtain a parking placard from the WSF website or at one of the tollbooths at the Anacortes terminal and display it on their dashboard.
