This might not be the best rainbow photo ever, but it was definitely the best, brightest, and longest-lasting double rainbow ever.

Many thanks, Lin – Nice place you got here! Similar sighting, same evening, around 8:15, driving east on MB Road, near airport: Intact spectacular rainbow arch, extending from sea level near Rosario, northward rising high above Constitution, then dropping below horizon, near Lummi? Top of arch finally disappeared behind low clouds as we reached OPALCO vicinity. “Why are there so many/Songs about rainbows?” Why do we even ask?! Thanks again.
Carl, the end of the rainbow, where I am certain there was that proverbial pot of gold, was right in Eastsound. I probably should have gone to look, but was totally entranced with what was happening right in front of me.
