“The Curious Savage” presented by the Actors Theater of Orcas Island at the Grange. This charming and funny play tells the story of Ethel Savage (played by Lesley Liddle) who has been committed to a “sanitorium” by her children (played by Ron Herman, Maura O’Neill and John Mazzarella) hoping to “bring her to her senses” so they can get their hands on the ten million dollars her husband left her. Tickets for for the remaining performances are $10. Performances are Friday – Sunday (2/25 – 2/27). Improv Performance at Doe Bay Special public performance by the Improv Masters here at Doe Bay for a week long retreat.The Improv show is sure to delight and inspire! Admission is $2, additional donations accepted. They are called The Off-Islanders, featuring improvisers from Seattle, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Boston and beyond. Winter Book Sale by the Orcas Island Friends of the LIbrary at the Public School Cafeteria. Thousands of new donations since August will be on sale for very low prices along with CDs and DVDs. This year photographs will be available for sale to support the Senior Class Events .

“Finding Our Way” movie screening and discussion 3 p.m. at the Odd Fellows Hall. Co-sponsored by OPAL, Orcas Council of Churches and the Odd Fellows. Discussion led by filmmaker and planner Leonie Sandercock. Free, open to all.
