Because of a staff shortage, Document Recording and Vehicle and Vessel Licensing services will be closed from noon until 1 pm daily from August 2 through August 12. The Recording and Licensing desks are located in the Auditor’s Office, in the administrative wing of the County Courthouse. Customers who have documents to record, or who have vehicle or vessel licenses to renew, are encouraged, if possible, to either come in this week (through July 29), or wait until after August 12.
The Auditor’s Office thanks you for your patience, and apologizes for the inconvenience.
Please note also that most county offices, including Recording and Licensing, will be closed for a budget-related furlough day on Monday, August 1.
