The Orcas Senior Center is excited to offer Tai Chi Chuan classes taught by Robin Kucklick.

Tai Chi Chuan is a movement meditation with gentle, slow, flowing choreographed movement patterns that provide many proven health benefits that include improved balance and reduced risk of falls, lowering blood pressure, reducing stress and anxiety levels, and improving cognitive health for the aging brain.

An introductory talk and demonstration will be given on April 29 at 5 p.m. to help answer questions for those interested in participating.
