Tuesday, April 30 at 6 p.m. Episcopal Church in Eastsound
Rosedanie Cadet and Jim Dauster will be speaking at the Episcopal Church on Tuesday April 30th, regarding the work Helping Hands Noramise has been doing in Limbe this past year. Jim is a Bullock intern and raised funds via an Indiegogo campaign to start a reforestation project in Limbe.
Helping Hands Noramise has had to give up their rental in Limbe due to conflict between them and a bar which opened next door and other challenges. This leaves them without a home base in which to continue providing service to the community. They are now looking for land to purchase in order to build a permanent community center.
Please come hear what the organization and the local community have been doing, and how you can support Food Sovereignty, Economic Development and Cultural Identity in Limbe Haiti.
