October 29 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Eastsound Fire Hall

All interested residents of Orcas Island are invited to a constituent town hall on Orcas Island to cover  issues before the Legislature this coming year on October 29.

“The budget is going to pose many challenges for our communities and the state. I value the opinions of my constituents and look forward to hearing from them on their vision for the future of our state,” said Lytton.

Rep. Lytton is inviting all those interested in a general discussion of state government to join her at the Orcas Fire House.Trending topics include education, fostering new ‘green’ jobs, the idea of an investment bank run by the state to fund local projects, as well as a general overview of the state budget situation.

The event is free and open to the public. All are welcome and encouraged to attend.
