There will be an informational meeting and Q & A concerning the trees at Moran State Park. Discussions will be to inform the public about root rot and what was cut, timber sales, as well as any possible future plans with trees at Moran State Park.

Weather permitting and time permitting, trees will be looked at on site.

The gathering will begin at 1 p.m., Thursday, November 7 at the Environmental Learning Center a mile north of Cascade Lake on your right. Rob Thimble, State Park Stewardship  Program, and Al Dickerson, Moran State Park Ranger, will be available for your questions after their presentations.
