Tuesday/Wednesday, February 10/11 from 9 am – 5 pm at Community Church

The Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) Mobile Community Service Office is coming to Eastsound on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The DSHS van includes a reception area, interview stations, a sun shade for protection from the elements or extra space, and a mechanical lift as an option for access instead of the stairs.

Each Mobile CSO unit is staffed by experienced program specialists who are able to complete Cash and Basic Food interviews, eligibility reviews, process changes to active cases, issue EBT cards, and receive documents for Cash, Food, and Childcare Programs. The Mobile CSO specialists also determine eligibility for Medicare Savings Programs.

Staff there will do application interviews for Food and Cash as well as yearly reviews, and to answer any questions on active cases or about any DSHS services.
