The OPALCO Board of Directors will hold a special meeting at the Eastsound OPALCO office Thursday, May 28 beginning at 9 a.m.

Members are welcome to attend.

The OPALCO website says the Board Materials will be available online 1 week prior to their meetings but obviously this is not the case for the May 28th meeting since no further information is online at this point.

Hi Bev –

are there any Board materials for this meeting? I do not see any Board materials posted to the OPALCO Find Documents -> Board of Directors -> Board Materials -> 2015 (in fact, the month of May does not have an entry at this time).

Is there an agenda for this meeting that can be made available?

The Board will be discussing rates; board materials should be available this evening.

The special meeting is to discuss the current revenue shortfall and rates. Materials will be posted on Monday.
