The SJC Council is holding a Special Meeting to conduct a continued public hearing on the Shoreline Master Program (SMP)and to hold an Executive Session regarding the Evaluation of the Performance of a Public Employee pursuant to RCW 42.30.110 (1)(g).
The meeting is intended to cover: Shoreline Maps and Designations; Shoreline Regulations: Sections 15 through 22 – Archaeology, Clearing/Grading/Vegetation, Environment & Critical areas, Flood Hazards; Sections 23 through 28 – Public Access, Signs, Lighting, General Regulations, Agriculture & Aquaculture.
