Nancy Southern, MSW, offers two new tapping classes beginning this week.
A four-week class series will be held Thursdays from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Healing Arts Center Annex in Eastsound.
This class will use Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT or Tapping) and other energy management tolls for handling stress and improving physical, emotional and mental health. It concludes on Nov. 12.
The class costs $150 and includes
- A 1-hour private coaching session with Nancy (Value $75)
- Access to EFT Library of books and DVD’s
- A variety of tools that can be used for any problem or issue
- Easy to use handouts and detailed exercise instructions
Southern also offers a one-day workshop on Sunday, October 25, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Deer Harbor at 437 Potlatch Drive. This class also includes a 45-minute private coaching session with Southern. The Workshop is $95.
