Join us for our first cooking class to be held on magical Orcas Island, “Southeast Asia to the San Juans.” We will combine traditional recipes with unique ingredient pairings, and share some of our favorite and most flavorful crowd pleasing recipes yet.
We’ll use local ingredients to demonstrate the preparation of Burmese chickpea “tofu”, homemade dumplings, spring rolls, and fresh fruit tarts. As always, this class will be demonstration based, and all dishes are 100% vegan, gluten-free, and soy-free.
Please join us for a very special class, filled with good food and great people. You will leave with all of your healthy cooking questions answered, new recipes for your collection, and a belly full of tasty vegan fare. $65.
On the menu:
