Refresh and renew! Kristi Moseley of Mystic Heart is offering a Gong & Sound Bath Meditation Journey, Tuesday October 10 at 6PM at Odd Fellows Hall in Eastsound.
Kristi will share an intentional soundscape of crystal singing bowls and artisan gongs to support states of profound relaxation, rejuvenation and deep meditation. This is the final Sound Bath Meditation of 2023.
For your maximum comfort please bring a yoga mat and plenty of padding, a blanket and small pillow for your head. Wear something cozy.
