This Saturday, July 16 at the Farmers Market, the Orcas Island Public Library wants to provide you with a jump start on bargain book buying.

Although the annual Book Fair isn’t until August 13, you don’t have to wait that long to buy books. We’ve decided to display some of our best selections at a very reasonable price. Hardbacks are $2 and paperbacks are $1 with some rare treasures for just a bit more money.

We will also be selling our reusable Orcas Island Library totes so you can have a sack for your purchases.

We would love you to stop by our booth on Saturday. Pierrette Guimond and Rachel Newcombe will be there to help you with your selections.

All proceeds go to the Friends of the Library, an organization that supports various library endeavors.
