Sing for joy! Sound the trumpets! Sing Noel with the Orcas Choral Society and Turtleback Brass, this weekend, December 9 and 10 at the Orcas Center.

“Voices and brass together make such heart-warming, rousing music. We’re delighted to join Turtleback Brass in concert with some of the most glorious Christmas music you’ll ever hear,” said Marianne Lewis, Orcas Choral Society artistic director. “Terri Triplett will accompany on piano, joined by Patty Johnson. We’ll also have Paris Wilson on violin, Karen Blinn on oboe, and Jim Shaffer-Bauck on percussion. It will truly be an all-Orcas treat.”

“Sing Noel” will be performed Saturday, December 9, at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, December 10, at 2 p.m., at the Orcas Center, 917 Mt. Baker Road in Eastsound. Tickets, $15 adults, $5 for students, are available at the Orcas Center website: www.orcascenter.org, at the Orcas Center box office, or by calling 360-376-2281.
