A Friday Harbor female was arrested on her San Juan County arrest warrant for failure to appear for a hit and run from an earlier case. She was arrested and booked into the jail.

A San Juan Deputy responded to a report of a domestic incident on Orcas Island. The incident was determined to be verbal in nature and no crime occurred.

A Deputy on Orcas Island picked up a child’s bicycle that was reported as found property near the intersection of Haven Rd. and Main Street in Eastsound. The property was booked into evidence.

An Orcas Island Deputy responded to a vandalism incident at a business in the Eastsound area. The victim was at a local monthly meeting and when they returned to their vehicle the windshield was damaged. The incident was documented, and an investigation is underway.
25-006462 Citizen Dispute 21:23:27 09/18/25
San Juan Deputies responded to a report of a citizen dispute. One individual was arrested for an out-of-county warrant.

An Orcas Island Deputy responded to a collision hit and run call in Eastsound. The victim was inside their residence when they heard a crash noise outside. The victim investigated the noise to find that their mailbox was damaged, and a vehicle was speeding away. The incident was documented.

A San Juan Deputy responded to a request for an agency assist. Adult Protective Services requested a check on an individual regarding potential financial exploitation. The alleged victim denied any sort of exploitation and reported no abusive behavior.

A Deputy was dispatched to a Single Vehicle Traffic Accident in the Friday Harbor area. The Deputy arrived and contacted the driver. The driver had been blinded by the sun and drove onto a concrete island. Report taken.

An Orcas Island Deputy responded to a minor fender bender in the parking lot of a business in Eastsound. Both drivers conducted an exchange of information. The Deputy authored a report for the insurance company.

A San Juan Deputy investigated a report of a possible threat. After investigation, it was determined that no actionable threat was made and no action was taken.

A Deputy on San Juan Island took a repot of identity theft. The reporting party believed to know who was behind the fraud, however, they did not want to pursue the matter criminally at that time. A report was completed.

A Lopez Island Deputy was dispatched with Lopez Island Fire & EMS to a welfare check. The individual was found in poor health and taken to the hospital for treatment.

A Deputy on San Juan Island responded to a report of a dog running around a property it should not have been on. The Deputy located the dog owner and the owner was issued a dog at large warning letter. A report was completed.

A Deputy on Orcas Island responded to an overdose call. The subject was transported to the hospital. The subject was referred to a designated crisis responder.

A Deputy on San Juan Island took custody of a wallet that had been found in Friday Harbor. The wallet owner appeared to be from off-island and a phone number was not located. The wallet was placed into evidence as found
property.
