25-007477 Lost Property 15:07:32 10/29/25
A laptop computer was reported as lost property in Friday Harbor. A Deputy took a statement from the reporting party and an informational report was generated.

25-007484 Fraud 16:23:55 10/29/25
An Orcas Island Deputy responded to a fraud attempt using a prominent citizen’s email address in the community. The savvy citizen wasn’t fooled by the fraud attempt. Do not provide personal identifiable information or money on-line or over the phone.

25-007488 Theft 18:13:46 10/29/25
A Deputy on Lopez Island took a complaint of possible theft. A report was generated.

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 30
25-007500 Fraud 12:22:47 10/30/25
A Lopez resident reported identity theft after receiving a notice from a collection agency. A report was completed for the reporting party and credit bureau.

25-007502 Unwanted Person 12:41:50 10/30/25
A Lopez resident called for assistance with an unwanted person at their workplace. A report was completed. Stalking charges may follow if the behavior continues.

25-007523 Court Order Violation 21:39:20 10/30/25
A San Juan Deputy observed that an inmate violated a domestic violence protection order several times through the use of a phone. The Deputy forwarded additional charges for 18 counts of an order violation.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 31
25-007524 Malicious Mischief 08:04:22 10/31/25
A Lopez homeless man is suspected of temporarily causing the bank ATM to malfunction. A trespass letter will be issued. Video evidence is pending.

25-007527 Fraud 09:34:43 10/31/25
An Orcas Island Deputy responded to a fraud incident. A citizen purchased a gift on Facebook which was a scam. With the holidays approaching please beware of the uptick with scams online and over the phone. Also be mindful of mail theft and safety measures to prevent these criminal acts.

25-007529 Property Damage, Non Vandalism 10:42:54 10/31/25
An Orcas Island Deputy responded to a property damage incident in the Olga area. The Deputy authored a report of a damaged boat trailer for the victim’s insurance company.

25-007532 Accident-Injury, Traffic 11:42:10 10/31/25
A Deputy and EMS responded to single vehicle collision on Lopez Island.

25-007534 Threats 11:58:49 10/31/25
An individual in Friday Harbor reported a threat. Deputies spoke with the individual and determined that incident did not appear to be criminal in nature. An informational report was generated.

25-007549 Trespassing 20:24:45 10/31/25
A Deputy on Orcas Island responded to a local business for an unwanted person. The unwanted person was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

25-007550 Assault – Body Force 21:03:34 10/31/25
San Juan Deputies responded to a report of an assault. The suspect left the area on foot and was not apprehended after a lengthy search. The individual returned to the residence the following day and was taken into custody for assault in the fourth degree – DV.

A Deputy on Orcas Island responded to a missing person. A 12-year-old female attended the Trunk-or-Treat event in Eastsound. Her family had not seen or heard from her since. She was located and reunited with her family the next day.

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 1
25-007563 Malicious Mischief 13:39:45 11/01/25
A Lopez man is suspected of vandalizing the vending machines at the Lopez ferry terminal for the second time this week.

25-007571 Citizen Assist 18:55:39 11/01/25
A San Juan Deputy responded to a report of a citizen assist. The incident was documented.

25-007577 Wanted Person 23:48:21 11/01/25
A San Juan Deputy observed a person with a warrant riding a bicycle. The Deputy stopped the individual and arrested them for the warrant.

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 2
25-007594 Suspicious Person/Circumstance 13:37:48 11/02/25
A Lopez man was issued a criminal citation for trespassing on clinic property. Court mandated mental health treatment was requested, again.

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 3
25-007602 Unwanted Person 09:32:37 11/03/25
A Lopez man caused a disturbance in the village. He will be trespassed from the involved property.

A Deputy on Orcas took a report of a missing sign.

25-007607 Death Investigation 11:59:11 11/03/25
A Deputy on San Juan Island conducted a death investigation. The death appeared natural.

25-007624 Animal at Large 18:47:56 11/03/25
An Orcas Deputy responded to a report of dog at large. The dog was returned to the owner and cited accordingly. The incident was documented.

25-007626 Court Order Violation 20:28:05 11/03/25
Deputies on San Juan Island responded to a report of an order violation. The individual had been served an anti harassment protection order, and was taken into custody for violating that order later in the evening. A report was completed.

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 4

Deputies, San Juan EMS, and San Juan Fire responded to a report of a fall from 40 feet with CPR in progress.
