15-002747 Trouble Unknown 01:42:47 05/30/15: Deputies were dispatched to a possible domestic disturbance in Eastsound. An argument occurred and parties separated. No domestic assault occurred.

15-002748 Suspicious Person/Circumstance 05:14:48 05/30/15: Deputies responded to the 2000 block of Fisherman Bay Road after a male entered a residence without permission. He departed after they told him to leave. The subject was located and claimed he entered the house believing it was a bed and breakfast, so he could ask for a ride.

5-002751 Accident-HitRun 09:24:19 05/30/15: A hit and run accident occurred to a parked vehicle near the Orcas ferry landing between 5/16/15 and 5/30/15.

15-002763 Theft 22:51:03 05/30/15: An Eastsound man reported medication stolen from his residence and provided the name of a possible suspect. Investigation continues.

15-002769 Theft 13:01:21 05/31/15: A Lopez woman reported her purse missing from a public event the previous day.

15-002770 Traffic Enforcement 13:15:26 05/31/15: A Lopez deputy was dispatched to a lane jumper in the ferry line. The suspect had departed upon deputy’s arrival.

15-002771 Welfare Check 15:47:46 05/31/15: Lopez deputies responded to a welfare check on subject displaying symptoms of mental illness. A paramedic made contact with the subject’s medical provider, and his medications adjusted.

15-002780 Welfare Check 08:22:31 06/01/15:  A 55 year old male with a history of medical problems was found deceased in Eastsound.

15-002782 Unwanted Person 09:00:19 06/01/15: San Juan Deputy was dispatched to Browne’s for a former employee causing trouble. He was gone when I arrived. arrangements were made for me to give him his last paycheck and a letter of no trespass for the Browne’s property.

15-002783 Mental Health 09:03:37 06/01/15: A Lopez deputy was dispatched for a man riding his bicycle dangerously in the roadway. The subject was determined to be a danger to himself and was taken into protective custody and treated.

15-002785 Civil Problem 10:19:41 06/01/15: A Lopez deputy was dispatched to a civil dispute. A Lopez woman reported her ex boyfriend took her truck, but she did not want charges pressed.

15-002786 Malicious Mischief 10:40:23 06/01/15: A deputy was dispatched to residence on a foreclosure tenant dispute. I met with the new owner and current tenant. It was determined to be civil, but a statement and report were taken pending further information.

15-002793 Theft 13:42:30 06/01/15: A Lopez deputy was contacted at the station regarding a theft of a kayak from her property. She also reported a tree had been cut down without her permission.

15-002794 Found Property 15:26:07 06/01/15: A canoe found floating in Wasp passage by Coast Guard in February was dropped off at Orcas island.

15-002797 Alcohol Offense 20:53:39 06/01/15: A Friday Harbor resident was stopped and arrested on Orcas Island by SJC Sheriff Deputies for driving with a suspended in license in the 1st degree. The subject was booked and taken to Friday Harbor via patrol boat without further incident.

15-002808 Vehicle Theft 12:06:50 06/02/15: The owner of M&W requested a deputy help her with a rental car that was not being brought back to the rental office. A male subject rented the car for one day and had the car for four extra days without paying. On top of that the

15-002828 Suspicious Person/Circumstance 13:37:26 06/03/15: A SJC Land Bank employee discovered an illegal campsite in the Crescent Beach Land Preserve. The campsite was investigated by the Sheriff’s Office and it was suspected that it belonged to a homeless criminal that was already in custody.

15-002829 Accident-NonInj 15:01:00 06/03/1: I called an Orcas resident back about a non injury accident that occurred today on private property. Limited information was exchanged. The resident was advised to complete the WSP self reporting form.

15-002830 Theft 15:01:10 06/03/15: A deputy on San Juan Island received a report of a stolen grasswhip.

15-002837 Area Check 22:33:45 06/03/15: A Deputy received a report of an unwanted person at the China Pearl. The Deputy contacted the subject and issued him a trespass warning. The subject also had a confirmed warrant out of King County for DUI, so he was booked into the San Juan County Jail for the warrant.
