Noise Complaint /not dogs 00:31:47
Deputies responded to an apartment in Friday Harbor to settle a noise complainant. Once on the scene, Deputies made contact with an intoxicated male who was the cause of the noise. The situation was settle by contact.

Animal Bite 10:54:08
Deputies responded to the Peace Health ER on a dog bite. A boy was bitten on the ferry by a small dog. The parents did not get any information from the dog owner, but felt they were visitors. Deputies were unable to locate the dog owners in town.

A Deputy was dispatched to an Eastsound residence regarding a fraudulent phone scam. No local suspects. A report was taken.

A Deputy contacted an Olga resident about a phone scam that they were a victim of. A report was taken.

An Orcas Island deputy responded to a report of vandalism to a vehicle. An investigation was completed.

A Friday Harbor citizen contacted the Sheriffs Office with a possible trespassing complaint. After a brief investigation it was found to be a civil matter between two neighbors.

A Lopez Island resident called to report a vandalism of her vehicle. Deputies gathered the information, gave the case number to the reportee, and completed a report.
Harassment 12:31:26
A deputy was contacted via the phone in reference to a Harassment in the Friday Harbor area. The caller wished to have an informational report taken only. The reporting deputy provided the caller information and took an informational report.
Custodial Interference 16:47:16
A deputy was contacted at the Sheriff’s Office in reference to a Custodial Interference. The caller advised that his ex-wife was not responding about turning over a child for the weekend. All attempts to contact the ex-wife failed. Investigation continues.

A deputy was contacted at the Sheriff’s Office in reference to a Theft in the Friday Harbor area. The caller advised that he invited two males into his residence. When they left he noticed items missing. Investigation continues…
Citizen Dispute 17:55:41
A Lopez Deputy responded to an unwanted person complaint on Weeks Road. The reporting person stated a motorist almost hit her while she was walking. The motorist denied the claim. The dispute began over property. The RP requested the incident be documented. A report was completed.

A deputy was dispatched to local business in the Friday Harbor area in reference to an Unwanted Person. The reporting deputy contacted the caller and received information on the incident. Two subjects were trespassed from the property.
Animal at Large 11:14:24
A Lopez Deputy responded to a dog at large complaint. The dog was found walking alone on the road near Kielhaven Road. The dog’s owner was located and it was learned the dog sitter unintentionally allowed the dog to leave the property. The dog was returned and a report was completed.
Mental Health 15:07:34
A Deputy responded to the Lopez Village Skate Park for an erratic behaving person believed to be on drugs. It was determined the person was a possible threat to himself or others due to his unstable mental condition and he was flown to the mainland for a medical evaluation.

A caller contacted the reporting deputy at the Sheriff’s Office in reference to a Theft that occurred in the San Juan Island area. The caller advised she had paid a contractor to do a job but the contractor failed to do the job. Investigation continues…
Court Order Violation 17:17:36
A Deputy in Friday Harbor received a report of an order violation. The victim reported multiple violations of a no contact order. The suspect has not yet been located.
Medical Emergency 21:01:28
A Deputy in Friday Harbor assisted EMS with an aid call. The Deputy had to force entry into the residence to gain access to the patient. The patient was transported to the hospital by EMS.

Lopez deputies were dispatched for a physical domestic. The suspect departed prior to deputies’ arrival and an investigation continues.

A Deputy was dispatched to a medical facility in regards to a suicidal subject. Compass Mental Health was notified. The subject was transported to Island Hospital for an evaluation.
