18-003146 Court Order Violation 12:43:11 05/16/18
A Deputy was dispatched to an order violation in Friday Harbor. After further investigation there was no violation.

18-003147 Vicious Animal 13:07:23 05/16/18
A Deputy was dispatched to an Animal Problem in Friday Harbor. The dog owner was issued an infraction for Leaving animal in confined and in unattended motor vehicle.

18-003152 Traffic Hazard 16:04:44 05/16/18
A Lopez Island Deputy found a disabled vehicle, partially blocking a lane on Center Rd. The owner was contacted and arrangements made to remove the traffic hazard as soon as possible.

18-003153 Vehicle Theft 17:37:38 05/16/18
A Deputy took a report of a motor vehicle theft from the Orcas Ferry Terminal. The vehicle is currently being looked for and the case is under current investigation.

18-003154 Welfare Check 17:45:13 05/16/18
Deputies responded to a residence on San Juan Island check on the welfare of a subject. The residence was empty and the call appeared to be a hoax.

18-003155 Threats 17:58:03 05/16/18
A Lopez Island Deputy spoke with an island resident about a landlord-tenant dispute.

18-003157 Domestic Dispute or Assault 19:46:13 05/16/18
Deputies responded to an Eastsound business on a reported domestic dispute. Further investigation revealed insufficient probable cause to make an arrest at the time.

Orcas Deputies investigated a suspicious circumstance in Eastsound. A report was taken.

18-003172 Theft 13:41:09 05/17/18
A Deputy was dispatched to a theft in Friday Harbor. No suspects or further information at this time.

18-003174 Parking Problem 14:19:32 05/17/18
An Orcas Deputy contacted a person illegally parked in the disabled parking permit space at the end of North Beach Road. The subject was given a warning and moved the vehicle.

A Deputy was dispatched to a Hit and Run in Friday Harbor. No suspects at this time.

A Deputy on Orcas responded to an agency assist. A report was taken and will be forwarded.

A Deputy on Orcas responded to a report of a theft of two trees. A report was taken.

18-003210 Malicious Mischief 14:38:13 05/18/18
A Deputy on Orcas responded to a report of vandalism. A vehicle’s tire appeared to be stabbed by someone. A report was taken.

18-003218 Accident-Injury, Traffic 19:13:01 05/18/18
A Deputy was dispatched to a Traffic Accident in the Friday Harbor area. The reporting Deputy arrived and discovered the cause of the accident was a medical issue. The driver of the vehicle was issued a citation for Driving While Suspended or Revoked 3rd and an infraction.

On 05-20-2018 Deputies on Orcas responded to an assault. A report was taken.

18-003259 Accident-Injury, Traffic 13:59:26 05/20/18
A Lopez Deputy investigated a 2 vehicle collision. The local driver was issued a citation for driving on the wrong side of the road.

18-003261 Domestic Dispute or Assault 15:41:20 05/20/18
Deputies on Orcas responded to a Domestic incident. A report was taken.

A Lopez Deputy was contacted to assist with a citizen dispute involving loose horses.

A Deputy was dispatched to a domestic in the San Juan Island area. The reporting Deputy arrived and contacted the involved people. The incident was determined to be verbal in nature. Report was taken on the incident.

A Deputy responded to a Lopez Island residence on 05/22/18 for a verbal argument between family members. There was no evidence of a crime and a report was completed.

18-003293 Domestic Dispute or Assault 09:42:40 05/22/18
A Deputy on Orcas responded to a report of domestic violence. The male half was arrested for assault 4th degree and interfering with reporting domestic violence.

18-003301 Welfare Check 15:25:13 05/22/18
A Deputy was dispatched to a Welfare Check in the Friday Harbor area. The person involved was contacted and it was determined the person was ok. Report taken.
