15-002333 Animal at Large 12:33:18 05/13/15: A Lopez Island deputy assisted in the safe return of a dozen cows to the owner’s field after they went in search of greener pastures Wednesday afternoon.
15-002344 Parking Problem 15:34:41 05/13/15: Overflow parking from Elementary School at end of school day. Several cars parked along School Rd east of school, partially blocking road on blind rise. School bus could not safely exit and get past unlawfully parked cars. There was a very well attended Mothers Day lunch at school today that exacerbated the situation.
15-002356 Runaway Juvenile 19:11:21 05/13/15: A Lopez Island boy returned home safely after “running away” from home two hours earlier. As darkness approached, the boy came home cold and scared.

15-002360 Traffic Stop 08:28:29 05/14/15: A San Juan deputy topped defendant for speeding 56 Mph in the Posted 35 Mph Zone in the 1000 block of Roche Harbor Road. Issued him a speeding infraction and arrested him on a Warrant of arrest.
15-002369 Theft 13:39:37 05/14/15: A Lopez deputy was dispatched for a theft of a camera which occurred in June 2014. Deputy obtained contact information for a possible suspect, but was unable to make contact.

15-002391 Fraud 12:31:22 05/15/15: A San Juan deputy made contact with the Reporting Party who reported unknown person/s sent her an E-mail stating she needed to send $6,000 dollars or she would be arrested by the Sheriff’s Office. The E-mail said it was to repay a loan the the R.P had taken out. No such loan was ever made.
15-002404 Alcohol Offense 16:19:09 05/15/15: A Lopez deputy was dispatched for a report of a vodka bottle in the school locker room.
15-002412 Wanted Person 20:09:48 05/15/15: An Orcas deputy saw an Orcas island man who was known to have local warrants. Two deputies contacted the subject and took him into custody without any incident.

15-002427 Harassment 13:49:26 05/16/15: A San Juan deputy arrived at a Friday Harbor residence to mediate a dispute between the residents of the house.
15-002436 Domestic Dispute or Assault 20:25:20 05/16/15: Lopez Island deputies were sent to a call of domestic violence where an adult son assaulted his parents and broke a window to their home. The suspect left prior to deputies arriving, and was apprehended without incident the next day.

15-002439 Medical Emergency 04:17:54 05/17/15: An Orcas deputy was dispatched to the 10 block of Orion Lane, Eastsound to assist OIFR on a possible drug overdose. The reporting person told me that the subject was suicidal. The subject did not disclose to me or OIFR Personnel any suicidal ideations. The subject declined any assistance.
15-002441 Found Property 10:10:34 05/17/15: A wallet was found in Eastsound. Contact was made with the owner and the wallet was mailed to the owner.

15-002461 Runaway Juvenile 10:23:55 05/18/15: An Orcas deputy received a report of a runaway juvenile.
15-002465 Trespassing 11:29:12 05/18/15: Lopez deputy was contacted regarding a trespassing complaint. The complaint was determined to be civil, however the suspect was contacted, and will request a civil standby to remove possessions from the property in question.
15-002467 Harassment 12:11:05 05/18/15: A Lopez deputy was contacted regarding a possible case of road rage/harassment. The suspect was contacted, but denied making any threats. Victims declined to press charges.
15-002470 Fraud 12:44:36 05/18/15: An Orcas deputy contacted a woman who stated she was defrauded by a fraudulent vacation rental web site.
15-002477 DUI 14:56:53 05/18/15: An Orcas deputy stopped a man for speeding 76 Mph in the posted 35 Mph zone in the 3200 block of Orcas Road. I subsequently arrested him for DUI.

15-002492 Theft 12:02:22 05/19/15: A Lopez Island woman reported the theft of tools sometime in the past three weeks.
15-002494 Recovered Stolen Property 14:19:47 05/19/15: A laptop was turned in at Lopez School as found property. The owner was identified and the computer returned to him.
15-002495 Trespassing 14:53:11 05/19/15: A Lopez Island resident called deputies about teenagers trespassing on neighbor’s property. The teens were contacted and told to leave and not return without written permission from the property owner.

15-002501 Lost Property 08:24:55 05/20/15: A woman reported her wallet was discovered missing yesterday after visiting business in Eastsound. She asked that a police report be completed so she could fly back home without identification.
15-002511 Court Order Violation 14:13:21 05/20/15: Deputies responded to a residence on San Juan Island to assist another agency and discovered one of the occupants at the residence was in violation of court ordered conditions not to consume alcohol.
15-002514 Fraud 16:11:02 05/20/15: An Orcas deputy responded to a report of a fraudulent wire transfer that occurred without the victim’s authorization. No valid suspects known at this time.
15-002518 Agency Assistance 17:38:56 05/20/15: An iPhone 6 stolen in a Skagit County car prowl earlier in the day was recovered from a subject shortly after he came off the ferry on Lopez Island.
15-002520 Wanted Person 19:00:34 05/20/15: Deputies on San Juan Island arrived at Peace Health medical center to arrest a person on an outstanding warrant as he was being released from the medical facility. He was booked into jail.
15-002523 Animal at Large 21:07:42 05/20/15: A Friday Harbor Deputy received a report of two dogs at large on Linder St. The owner of the dogs was located and the owner was issued a warning letter for having her dogs at large. The dogs were returned to the owner.

15-002528 Traffic Hazard 05:17:36 05/21/15: An Orcas deputy was dispatched to the 2100 block of Orcas Road Eastsound in regards to a deer struck by a vehicle and in a lane of travel causing a hazard. I arrived and found the injured deer. The deer had injuries to the hind legs and unable to flee. I dispatched the deer on scene.
15-002539 Theft 12:57:58 05/21/15: A Lopez deputy was contacted at the substation regarding the theft of several items from a residence. Investigation is ongoing.
15-002555 Boating Problem 17:16:48 05/21/15: Deputies responded to a report of a vessel in distress, possibly on fire in Thatcher Pass between Decatur and Blakely Islands. The 28 foot boat, with one person aboard was located. A small fire was out upon arrival.

15-002559 Theft 08:17:00 05/22/15: A deputy was dispatched to a theft in West Sound, that occurred sometime in the previous week.
15-002560 Communications Problem 09:39:28 05/22/15: A Lopez deputy was dispatched for a report of telephone harassment. It was found to be a civil dispute, and the suspect agreed to stop calling.
15-002567 Agency Assistance 11:37:39 05/22/15: A deputy responded to the Emergency Room at Peace Island Hospital to investigate an injury from a bullet fragment. The injury occurred during a test firing into a bullet trap.

15-002579 Welfare Check 01:36:33 05/23/15: A deputy was dispatched to an injured subject in 4100 block of Deer Harbor Road. The subject either pushed or crashed his Vespa on his own property and sustained a laceration to his head.
15-002591 Property Damage, Non Vandalism 14:26:46 05/23/15: A San Juan contractor called to state that a neighbor had entered the house he was working on and her dog had damaged the newly installed hardwood floor. He asked that it be documented. I contacted the neighbor and she acknowledged the damage and said she would take care of it.
15-002592 Burglary – Residential 15:41:16 05/23/15: A Lopez deputy was dispatched for a possible residential burglary. No forced entry was observed, and no items were reported missing, however several items were moved.
15-002594 Found Property 16:29:59 05/23/15: A woman’s wallet was found at an Eastsound business. The woman had identification showing she lives in Indiana. As of this date she has not claimed the wallet and it was booked into property at the Orcas Island substation.
15-002596 Trouble Unknown 19:04:23 05/23/15: Deputies responded to an Eastsound address referencing a trouble unknown situation involving a 911 call. Deputies arrived and determined no one was in danger and cleared without further incident.
15-002597 Unwanted Person 19:32:39 05/23/15: An Orcas Island woman reported persons had been staying at her residence had refused to leave. Deputies arrived and stood by while the subjects left the residence. Settled by contact.
15-002598 DUI 20:06:55 05/23/15: A deputy received a report of an intoxicated driver on the inter island ferry from Orcas Island. The driver was arrested for physical control and was later released with a court date.

15-002602 Vehicle Theft 08:49:30 05/24/15: A Lopez deputy was dispatched for a stolen vehicle and the deputy took a report. The reporting party then called back to say the vehicle was returned by a family member who had borrowed it.
15-002604 Citizen Dispute 11:06:24 05/24/15: A San Juan deputy responded to a landlord-tenant dispute. The deputy was able to give both parties the proper information and mediate the dispute.
15-002615 Attempted Suicide 18:53:34 05/24/15: A Lopez Island deputy responded to a third party report of a suicide attempt. There had been no such attempt.

15-002626 Vehicle Theft 07:20:38 05/25/15: A vehicle was reported stolen by an Eastsound resident. They received a call from the state patrol that the vehicle had been recovered in Anacortes, until then they did not know it had been stolen.
15-002638 Controlled Substance Problem 13:29:19 05/25/15: A deputy on San Juan Island received a written statement regarding some drug paraphernalia they located on a vacant property. An informational report was written.
15-002644 Animal at Large 17:07:01 05/25/15: Two dogs running at large at Odlin Park were picked up by deputies and returned to their Lopez Island owners.

15-002657 Wanted Person 08:47:31 05/26/15: Deputies responded to a residence on Malcolm Street and ended up arresting the wanted subject on Dougherty Lane after foot pursuit .
15-002661 Malicious Mischief 10:18:25 05/26/15: A Lopez Island woman reported that two shade canopies were vandalized sometime during the night.

15-002679 Impounded Vehicle 08:35:46 05/27/15: The Town of Friday Harbor requested the impound of an abandoned vehicle in the 400 block of Rose Lane
15-002681 Unconscious 09:00:22 05/27/15: A subject died of natural causes on Orcas, most likely from lung cancer. Corner Randall Gaylord was contacted and the body was released to the family. He also stated that based on the medical history, he was treating this death as if it had an NJA on file because he felt the doctor would sign the death certificate.
15-002683 Unwanted Person 09:44:00 05/27/15: Deputies arrived at the Friday Harbor Library to investigate a report of a disruptive male banging on the front door of the library and frightening library staff and patrons. Deputies calmed the male and during a check of his name found the male had an outstanding warrant.
15-002685 Harassment 10:57:16 05/27/15: A Lopez Island woman reported that she is being stalked by a man.
15-002689 Unwanted Person 11:53:02 05/27/15: A subject was found sleeping in a Lopez church fellowship hall. Woke him up, and moved him along. Pastor did not want any further action taken.
15-002697 Agency Assistance 16:18:04 05/27/15: Staff at a Lopez clinic requested standby while they examined a patient who had a history of being disruptive and confrontational. No incident during today’s visit.
15-002701 Litter/Pollution/Public Health 18:09:49 05/27/15: An Orcas Island man reported limbs and logs pushed up against the fence that separates his property from his neighbors, which ended up becoming a verbal dispute that included belligerence.
15-002702 Threats 18:12:21 05/27/15: An Orcas Island woman reported receiving what she believed were threatening letters from a employee who was recently terminated from a shared workplace.
15-002704 Welfare Check 20:24:12 05/27/15: A San Juan deputy received a report of a welfare check in the 300 block of Shoreline Ln. The reporting party was having some mental health problems and volunteered to go to the hospital to talk to a doctor.

15-002708 Mental Health 08:17:24 05/28/15: Deputies responded to a male that was confused on San Juan Island.
15-002710 Found Property 12:19:06 05/28/15: A representative of Earthbox Hotel & Spa came to Dispatch with the listed Blackberry cell phone. A note attached to the phone indicates it was found on May 24th, in the grass near the benches in front of the business. The phone was kept at the front desk until this date.
15-002713 Malicious Mischief 14:54:00 05/28/15: An Orcas deputy was sent to Buck Park in Eastsound to check on a person damaging property in the park. The person was warned by park staff and released.
15-002715 Fraud 15:38:56 05/28/15: A San Juan County Deputy spoke with a Lopez Island resident on 05/28/15 regarding an identity theft complaint. The reporting person estimated the unidentified perpetrator stole thousands of dollars using her identity.
15-002724 Trespassing 19:57:38 05/28/15: Deputies responded to the 300 block of Ogla Road in regards to a trespasser refusing to leave. The subject ultimately left. The subject was later taken in for a mental health hold and flown off for further evaluation and treatment.
15-002728 Mental Health 22:46:26 05/28/15: A deputy contacted a possibly mentally ill subject in the 200 block of Main Street Eastsound. I asked him if he would talk to a Doctor and he said yes. He said he would go with me. He voluntarily went with me. The subject was ultimately taken via air ambulance to the mainland.

15-002729 Suspicious Person/Circumstance 04:40:04 05/29/15: A Lopez Island deputy responded to the 2800 block of Fisherman Bay Road after the Sheriff’s Office received a report that four unidentified males were hiding under houses and chasing each other while making loud bird calls. The subjects were not located and there was no evidence that a crime had occurred.
15-002731 Harassment 11:13:00 05/29/15: Deputy responded to an apartment in Friday Harbor to investigate a small amount of dirt placed on the front door step.
