15-002856 Fall 20:43:22 06/04/15: A San Juan deputy responded to circle park on Spring Street to assist aid with a call of a man, highly intoxicated, who had fallen and injured his face. The man was subsequently transported to the hospital for treatment.

15-002858 Assault – Body Force 22:01:00 06/04/15: Complainants reported an unknown subject assaulting a man by punching him in the face, unprovoked, as he was walking on Spring St. in Friday Harbor, WA. The subject was described as a white male in his 30’s wearing camouflage shorts and a dark hoody. The subject left the area.

15-002885 Trespassing 17:18:25 06/05/15: A San Juan deputy received a report of a trespass at the Ball Fields at Marquerite Pl and Spring St. The suspect was given a trespass warning.

15-002892 Fraud 18:47:10 06/05/15: A San Juan deputy received a report of a suspicious text that he received from someone claiming to be Wells Fargo. It appeared that the text was a scam. The reporting party’s account was not compromised and he is not out any money, but wanted us to know about it.

15-002897 Traffic Stop 22:19:49 06/05/15: A deputy observed a driver operating a vehicle in the area of North Beach and A Street Eastsound while talking with a cell phone to his right ear. Driver issued an infraction.

15-002903 Accident-Injury, Traffic 05:25:57 06/06/15: An Orcas deputy was dispatched to a single vehicle accident in the 1100 block of Deer Harbor Road. The driver admitted he fell asleep at the wheel, struck embankment and trees/mailbox and vehicle came to rest on its side. Driver had no signs of intoxication.

15-002906 Disorderly Conduct 08:02:42 06/06/15: A Lopez deputy was dispatched to a male subject behaving strangely at the Lopez Village Market. Subject was gone on arrival, but located nearby in the village. Subject was told to stay away from employee area without permission.

15-002929 Burglary – Residential 19:46:19 06/06/15: A Deputy received a report of a burglary in the 100 block of Island Dr. The suspect was located inside of the residence and had broke a window to gain entry to the residence. The suspect was related to the victim and the victim did not want to pursue charges.

15-002931 Controlled Substance Problem 21:07:08 06/06/15: Orcas deputies investigated a suspicious activity complaint in Eastsound. While clearing the contact, a SJC sheriff Deputy happened upon two females smoking marijuana in public. Both females were given verbal warnings to not consume marijuana in public.

15-002934 Suspicious Person/Circumstance 02:19:43 06/07/15: A Lopez deputy responded to an early morning report of 3 men who were seen jumping over the security fence of a business.The suspects departed before the deputy arrived.

15-002935 Noise Complaint /not dogs 05:56:35 06/07/15: A San Juan deputy received a report of noise violation in the ongoing neighbor problem on Golf Course Rd. The victims videoed and recorded that Griffin was again playing outdoor speakers at 0545, when no one was outside. Griffin was issued an NOI for violation of the noise ordinance.

15-002936 Accident-Injury, Traffic 12:02:29 06/07/15: Deputies responded to a single vehicle accident on Turn Point Rd. The driver had suffered a medical problem and lost control of the car. The driver was taken to the local hospital for injuries sustained.

15-002938 Accident-Injury, Traffic 14:25:17 06/07/15: A Lopez deputy was dispatched to a single car, possible injury accident. The driver was found to have suffered a medical episode which rendered her unconscious. Driver was evaluated by medical personnel and released.

15-002942 Suspicious Person/Circumstance 17:39:51 06/07/15: A Lopez Island deputy was called about a suspicious vehicle in the area. The vehicle belonged in the area, and was legitimately and appropriately parked. The caller was advised that there was no cause for alarm.

15-002945 Accident-HitRun 19:36:54 06/07/15: A deputy responded to a call in reference to a Hit and Run. The victim was contacted about the incident. The victim parked in a local parking lot. When the victim returned approx 4 hrs later, there was damage to the victim’s vehicle. Investigation continues…

15-002947 Vicious Animal 20:29:46 06/07/15: A Deputy received a report of an animal problem in the 800 block of Argyle St. It was reported that two dogs were running around being aggressive and it was later discovered that one of the dogs bit a citizen. The dogs were taken to the animal shelter for a 10 day quarantine.

15-002949 Suspicious Person/Circumstance 22:32:25 06/07/15: A Lopez Island deputy investigating a report of a car alarm sounding, found the intoxicated vehicle owner nearby complaining of losing his car keys. The man was given a ride home, providing several miles of separation from the vehicle.

15-002957 Found Property 11:38:49 06/08/15: A wallet was turned in by a staff member from Xtreme Fitness. She indicated that the wallet was left at the desk while the business was unattended by staff. The cell number and email address in the business’s records were attempted with no success. The wallet contains a CA ID card, various other cards and 2 quarters.

15-002960 Theft 13:11:02 06/08/15: An unknown person entered an unlocked house in Eastsound and took several items.

15-002961 Burglary – Residential 13:22:37 06/08/15: Sometime in the last few months, an unknown person entered a vacant house in the Deer Harbor area and removed several items.

15-002970 Traffic Stop 18:40:39 06/08/15: A SJC Deputy stopped a vehicle in Eastsound for having an expired registration. The driver of the vehicle had a local warrant for his arrest. The driver was arrested, but was able to post bail. He was released with a promise to appear in court without incident.

15-002973 Noise Complaint /not dogs 19:14:01 06/08/15: A Lopez Island deputy responded to a report of loud music. The music was clearly audible nearly a quarter mile away. The property owner was directed to turn the music down. The caller later reported the music was turned back up after the
deputy left the area.

15-003003 Trespassing 21:23:44 06/09/15: A Lopez Island deputy removed a trespasser camped on private property without the owners permission. The subject left the property when warned that he was trespassing.
