Deputies responded to an Eastsound address for a report of a welfare check on a subject with odd behavior. The male subject was contacted, identified and found to not need any further assistance. An informational report was taken.
20-005927 Domestic Dispute or Assault 21:57:46 07/22/20
San Juan Deputies responded to a report of Domestic with threats made at a residence on Roche Harbor Road. After further investigation the suspect was arrested for Harassment and transported to the Sheriff’s Office and placed in a cell to await for their arraignment.

A Deputy on Orcas responded to a vandalism call at Buck Park. Photographs and a report was taken. There are no suspects at this time.
20-005940 Boating Problem 14:19:52 07/23/20
A Lopez Deputy retrieved an overturned kayak from Hummel Lake. It is unknown if the kayak was occupied or blew off the beach.
20-005947 Threats 19:31:45 07/23/20
Deputies responded to a domestic dispute on Orcas Island. The incident was determined to be verbal in nature and the two involved parties separated for the night. A report was taken.

A Deputy was dispatched to the Friday Harbor area in reference to a Trespass. The reporting Deputy arrived and a report was taken.
20-005977 Structure Fire 19:44:55 07/24/20
Deputy and Fire personnel responded to a Lopez Island property to investigate the report of a recently burned down shed. There were no identified injuries or obvious signs of criminal activity. The case was forwarded to the County Fire Marshal for a follow up investigation.

A wallet was turned in to the Lopez station after being found near Shark Reef. The out of state owner was located and had lost the wallet ten years ago.

A Lopez Island Deputy took a report of a non injury collision where a driver had tried to steer around a road hazard and left the roadway and struck a tree. Neither the driver or passenger were hurt, both were wearing safety belts. The vehicle was a total loss.
20-006046 Boating Acc NInj 09:41:54 07/26/20
Deputies responded to a report of a vessel on the rocks on the west of San Juan Island. The vessel and operator were contacted. The operator stated his boat broke anchor and drifted on to the beach at an extreme high tide. He was waiting for another high tide to remove the vessel.

A Deputy was dispatched to a Citizen Assist in the Friday Harbor area. The Deputy arrived and contacted the person. Report taken.

A person called to report found identification at a Lopez park. The owner was located and reunited with her property.

An Orcas Island Deputy responded with Orcas Island Fire & Rescue to an overdose. The subject was flown off island for treatment.

Deputies responded to a possible vandalism incident in Eastsound. A report was made and probable cause statement completed. Deputies are attempting to locate and arrest the suspect for malicious mischief.

A Deputy was contacted in reference to a Theft in the San Juan Island area. The caller was reporting the theft of an item from a vehicle. Report taken. No suspect info or workable leads.
