San Juan County SO responded to a structure fire on Orcas Island. The circumstances surrounding the fire appeared suspicious and the case was being investigated.

A Deputy on Orcas Island responded to a report of a person standing in the roadway. The person was reportedly hampering Fire Department vehicles responding to a structure fire. The subject was arrested for assaulting
a Fire Department member.

A Deputy was contacted in reference to a hit and Run. The person advised their vehicle had been parked in town when someone backed into the front of their vehicle. No obvious damage observed. Report taken.

San Juan Deputies responded to a report of a domestic incident with assault. The suspect had left prior to arrival. Investigation revealed probable cause for Domestic Violence charges of Residential Burglary and Assault fourth degree.

A Lopez Deputy responded to a mental call. A man who was hallucinating was put in contact with a crisis responder, who assisted with creating a safety plan.
