18-002506 Animal at Large 15:27:28 04/18/18
A Lopez Island Deputy was called about a dog running in traffic on Ferry Rd. The dog returned home and the dog owner was contacted and warned about the dog running at large.

18-002509 Malicious Mischief 16:37:44 04/18/18
A Deputy was dispatched to a report Malicious Mischief in Friday Harbor. No further info at this time.

18-002510 Citizen Assist 16:48:01 04/18/18
A Lopez Island Deputy was called to assist a subject at Spencer Spit State Park. The problem was resolved upon the Deputy’s arrival.

18-002511 Agency Assistance 18:28:56 04/18/18
Deputies were dispatched to an Agency Assist. Deputies completed the assist with no incident.

18-002512 Animal at Large 19:49:36 04/18/18
A Lopez Island Deputy was called regarding a cow out in the road. The owner was identified and returned the cow to its pasture.

Deputies checked on the welfare of a male at local Friday Harbor hotel. No law Enforcement action was
taken.

18-002546 Accident-Injury, Traffic 07:09:30 04/20/18
A Deputy was dispatched to a single vehicle traffic accident in the Friday Harbor area. The reporting Deputy arrived and discovered a motorcycle had struck a deer. Driver was transported for medical treatment.

18-002548 Accident-NonInj 08:08:47 04/20/18
A Deputy on Orcas responded to a single vehicle collision, the driver was no longer on scene. A report was taken.

18-002552 Malicious Mischief 10:52:14 04/20/18
A Deputy on Orcas responded to a report of vandalism. A rear window of a vehicle was broken out sometime last night. A report was taken.

18-002565 Trespassing 18:12:55 04/20/18
An Orcas Deputy responded to a trespassing call. It was found that someone had assaulted another person and entered their dwelling unlawfully. The suspect was found and after the investigation was concluded, arrested for residential burglary and assault.

18-002571 Welfare Check 20:35:47 04/20/18
A Deputy conducted a welfare check on a distraught Lopez Island resident. It was determined the person was not an immediate threat to themselves and a report was completed.

A Deputy responded to a residential burglary alarm at a Lopez Island residence. Although an opened door was found, there was no evidence of a burglary or any other crime and a report was completed.

18-002583 Abandoned Vehicle 06:58:48 04/21/18
A Deputy on Orcas responded to a single vehicle collision. The vehicle was abandoned and towed from scene.

A Deputy made contact with a person with local warrants in the Friday Harbor area. The person was arrested and booked on the warrant without incident.

Deputies responded to a report of a suicidal subject in Eastsound. The subjected detained for a mental health evaluation. A report was taken.

18-002622 Welfare Check 15:15:42 04/23/18
A Deputy was dispatched to a Welfare Check in the Friday Harbor area. The people were contacted and found to be safe. Report written.

18-002630 Property Damage, Non Vandalism 19:40:37 04/23/18
A citizen came into the Sheriff’ Office in Friday Harbor, to report property damage that just occurred. Still under investigation.

18-002641 Theft 09:40:37 04/24/18
A Deputy spoke with a Lopez Island resident regarding missing property. The reporting person stated she suspected the items may have been removed from her purse while she was at the Lopez Market. No witness or suspect were identified. A report was taken.

18-002648 Wanted Person 16:28:57 04/24/18
A citizen came into turn themselves in for a Warrant. They were booked into Friday Harbor holding cell till they are going to be arraigned.

18-002651 Medical BLS 16:38:47 04/24/18
A cell mate was having medical issues and was transported to the Emergency Room and was evaluated. They were later released and transported back to the holding cell at the San Juan County Sheriff’s Office.

18-002655 Accident-Injury, Traffic 21:17:03 04/24/18
A Lopez Island man was injured in an off road motorcycle crash. The man was airlifted to a mainland hospital for evaluation and treatment of his injuries. A report was completed.
