UPDATE: 2:20PM: At 2:00pm, the San Juan County Sheriff’s Office was contacted by a shelter in Seattle that has located the missing person. They were taken into protective custody this afternoon. Thank you to everyone for the calls and assistance in this case. We’re grateful this individual is safe.

INFORMATION: Cosmo left his home in Eastsound / Deer Harbor at an unknown time on 11/06/2023. Cosmo did not take any money, clothing, or personal effects with him when he left home. Washington State Patrol was able to locate video of Cosmo exiting a Washington State Ferry at the Anacortes Ferry Terminal late in the afternoon on 11/06/2023.
