Dr. Virginia Erhardt, Ph.D.
Virginia Erhardt, Ph.D. a Licensed Clinical Psychologist certified in Clinical Hypnosis by the American Society for Clinical Hypnosis will offer a series of four weekly classes for adults from 6:30 – 8 pm each Thursday in February, 2013 at the Orcas Island Public Library at 500 Rose St.
The cost is $20 per person for the series of four classes. The class will be limited to 20 participants.
From the first class, you will have the tools you need to induce your own trance, beginning immediately to practice self-hypnosis. Virginia will then teach you to practice the language that makes hypnotic suggestions most effective. We will focus on issues of particular interest to participants, such as weight management, pain management, self-esteem, and anxiety.
