On Saturday, February 4, chef Frank Sicilia of Rolling Sushi will be teaching a class on sushi-making. The Orcas Island location to be determined.
There are still 3-4 seats available. The cost of the 3-hour class, all materials included, is $83. Frank will be teaching classes on San Juan, Orcas and Lopez islands during January and February. If interested, please contact Sandy Strehlou to register, 360.387.8337.
