From the SeaDoc Society
SeaDoc provides regional veterinary support for marine mammal stranding and rehabilitation. Next week we’ll be working with the San Juan County Marine Mammal Stranding Network to provide two introductory sessions for new volunteers.
The Stranding Network, administered by the Whale Museum, is an incredibly cool opportunity for anyone who cares about and wants to work with marine mammals.
June 12th – Orcas Island – West Sound Community Hall – 9 a.m. to about 11:30 a.m.
June 13th – San Juan Island – above the Firehouse Station – 11:30 a.m. to about 1:30 p.m.
