Can someone elaborate on the $40,000 pay increase for the Superintendent? Nearly a 30% increase, despite there being no clear plan for educational funding moving into the next budget? On par with districts more than 10 times the size of Orcas.
2015-16 total compensation of $132,823
(2017 Spokesman Review Dataset)
I hope our teachers see a similar increase in their next contract!
