*17. Revise Policy 1400 Meeting Conduct, Order of Business and Quorum to revise meeting time.
*18. Accept donation of $740. from OIEF for painting of Elementary School mural.
*19. Approve a three-year contract for Eric Webb as the 1.0 annual FTE Superintendent, effective July 1, 2017.
Approximate annual cost: $178,949.00; includes a 38% benefit allocation.
