  • Approve updated School Board Protocols. See attached.
  • Approve Resolution 2019-03 Certifying 5 year continued use and 30 year extension of building life for OLD GYM.
  • Approve contract for track base and surface.
  • Approve easements with OPALCO and Eastsound Water Users Assn for re-locating EWUA water main.
  • Approve 2019 Facilities Use Agreement with OIPRD.
  • Approve the CTE (Career and Technical Ed) Program.
  • Discuss budget timeline or calendar (F-195) for development of 2019-20 budget.
  • Discuss enrollment assumptions for 19-20 budget development.
  • *21. Accept donation of $1,690.00 from the OICF Give Orcas Holiday Catalogue for Elementary School Library books.
  • *22. Accept donation of $7,690.00 from OIEF and A-OK for support of art instruction.
  • *23. Accept donation of complete set of basketball uniforms from A-4, for Boys and Girls HS Athletic program, valued at $4500.00
