The San Juan County Council will hold two public meetings in the new year – January 12th and 26th in the Council Chambers starting at 9:15 am, to solicit public comment regarding the merits of possible regulation of state approved marijuana businesses in San Juan County.
Although the topic of regulation has been discussed at several council meeting this year, the Council has taken no legislative action to adopt regulations or enact a moratorium.
The Council looks forward to hearing from those interested in this issue.
