Bravo, Rick!
Congratulations Rick; nice award, well deserved.
Rick, well deserved.. You are leading the way for our community and its great that your efforts and hard work is being recognized.
Rick, after two years of apparently unsuccessful negotiations, I ask that you apply your leadership skills to help bring the county and ORS/the Exchange to a lease agreement that will allow the Exchange to be re-established at the Orcas transfer station site.
Rick, you work hard and long at public service which we all know is pretty much a thankless task. All that trekking to Friday Harbor and hours and hours away from home and family–for that alone, I thank you. Add to that, you are flat out GOOD at this game! Bravo.
Congratulations, Rick. Your job can be tough and recognition for your efforts on our behalf is deserved.
Thanks for all you do, Rick! Well done.
Thank you Rick for doing a great job. You make us all proud.
Rick Hughes certainly deserves his recent leadership award from the state. He has been approachable, patient, fair-minded, and totally devoted to the public interest.
