— from Paula Shuman for Salmonberry School —

Spring is here and it’s time again for the Annual Salmonberry School Spring Soiree.

This year the fundraiser will be held on Saturday, May 19 at 4 p.m. at the historic Victorian Room at the Outlook Inn.

Enjoy a Hosted Bar and Dinner Buffet. Bid on an array of Silent Auction Items and help support the school with your donation to Salmonberry’s whimsical “Wishing Well” of much needed items and student scholarships.

Featured at this year’s event will be a video by filmmakers Dawn and Kevin D’Haeze and Salmonberry’s own student-read poetry. This will be an evening not to be missed.

Ticket are on sale now at Brown Paper Tickets and Darvill’s Bookstore. Childcare is available at the school. Contact Paula at fiscal@salmonberryschool.org for more info

Salmonberry School is a K-6 grade Holistic Education program whose mission is to nurture the intellectual and imaginative capabilities of each child and provide an academically rich environment in which confidence, compassion, and responsibility are strengthened through cooperative community learning. Salmonberry students love school, and when a child loves school, amazing things happen.
