Larsen moves forward, fighting to lower costs

Representative Rick Larsen (WA-02) released the following statement:
“While the results are not final, I am confident that I will advance to the general election in November. Tens of thousands of voters have made their voices heard in Northwest Washington and have participated in our democracy. Thank you for making your voices heard.
“My message is simple: the President promised lower prices and no war. Instead, we have higher prices and more war. Affordability for you. Accountability for the President and his cronies.
“Also, I will also combat fentanyl in our communities, protect reproductive freedom, and support our veterans.
“Thank you to those who have knocked on nearly 15,000 doors, called 41,000+ voters, and cast a ballot to support my grassroots campaign. My campaign can reach tens of thousands of voters this year because of the grassroots efforts of my team and supporters, and without that, I cannot work to lower costs for families and continue delivering for Northwest Washington.
“Thank you to my dedicated and hardworking staff and interns who keep this grassroots campaign organized and on track each and every day.
“Thank you to everyone who made [Tuesday’s] results possible, and I look forward to building on our momentum in November.”
Rick Larsen has called Northwest Washington home for over 100 years. Rick has worked to represent Northwest Washington in Congress and is taking nothing for granted. Rick is committed to lowering costs for working families, holding the administration accountable and bringing federal dollars back home to invest in jobs and infrastructure.
