Who schedules these opportunities? Does Larsen really think people can drop everything with one day’s notice? This is the second time this month he (or his staff) has done this. Seems like he’s not really looking for participation.
I agree with Peg. This is the second time I missed the chance to meet/see/hear Rick because of the short less-than-one-day notice. Maybe next time they can plan to make their announcement at least three days before the meeting?
I agree with both Jim and Peg. Very little or almost no notice at all for the first visit, except for the Chamber and whoever else was involved. It almost seemed to me that Larsen was making a ‘stealth’ visit to avoid any unpleasantries that might arise….like the coal shipping terminal, the Patriot Act he didn’t read before he signed, the multiple wars he supports as a member of the Armed Forces subcommittee in congress, etc. We need a new representative, imho.
