Sunday, August 6, 2 to 6 p.m. at Crow Valley Gallery – 296 Main St.

In his career of over 30 years, Bradley Stevens has forged a reputation as one of America’s leading realist painters. Stevens is unique among his contemporaries for his exceptional achievements in three domains of representational art: portraiture, landscapes, and figurative cityscapes.

His wife, Patricia Skinner, is also an accomplished artist and signature member of the Northwest Pastel Society. Bradley and Patricia live and work in their home in the Virginia countryside, near Washington D.C. They divide their time between Virginia and her native Pacific Northwest.

For the first time, Ms. Skinner and Mr. Stevens will have a joint exhibition featuring landscape paintings of the Pacific Northwest, entitled “A Shared Perspective: Love and Inspiration,” on Orcas Island. A reception will be held on August 6, starting at 2:00 pm at Crow Valley Gallery, located at 296 Main Street in Eastsound.
