Fundraising strategies for small organizations and small budgets will be taught at an intensive one-day course next Monday on San Juan Island. Attendees will learn how to create a fundraising process that works, and is attainable with limited resources.
Hands-on experience in building a case for support and interactive training on how to ask for contributions are a few of the strategies that class attendees can learn from Bob Schwartzberg, who came to the Friday Harbor Laboratories as the Director of Development after a career as the Development Director for the National Crime Prevention Laboratories.
This day-long class on fundraising strategies is targeted for small organizations and small budgets. Cost is $69.
The class will be Monday, February 23, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the San Juan campus of the Skagit Valley College. To register contact Skagit Valley College, San Juan Center at 378-3220 or email sgardiner@skagit.edu
