At its regular meeting on Monday, Nov. 20 the County Council will hold a public hearing on adoption of an Annual Budget. Estimated revenues and appropriations will be set forth and Public testimony will be accepted. The hearing is scheduled at 9:15 a.m. after public comment. Following the public hearing on the budget there will be a presentation and discussion of the Courthouse Security Plan Report by Don Eaton, Superior Court Judge; approval of Amendment No. 1 to Interlocal Agreement for Temporary Extension of Law Enforcement Services and Assistance with Ron Krebs, Sheriff; discussion of the 2018 Annual Capital Budget and the 2018-2023 Six-Year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) with Kim Herrenkohl, Chief Deputy Auditor (a public hearing is set for Monday, December 4); discussion of a resolution to Approve the Sale of Surplus Equipment with Van Every, Fleet Manager and Milene Henley, Auditor (a public hearing is set for Tuesday, November 28).
The meeting is scheduled to adjourn at noon. The council is NOT scheduled to meet on Tuesday, Nov. 21.
