Progress Update: Our contractor (Mike Carlson Enterprises) and their subcontractor have made significant progress with the placement of curbs, gutters, and sidewalks. This work is expected to continue next week Monday June 20 – Thursday June 23 (7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.).

Traffic Update:  Currently, there are no plans to change the current traffic control plan. The construction team is diligently working towards an asphalt paving date of July 18 and this plan facilitates critical path work.

Monday – Thursday the intersection at North Beach Road may be open to traffic depending on working conditions. Prune Alley and other work areas are closed to all motorized vehicles. Pedestrian access is restricted in the work zone during working hours.

Friday – Sunday the intersection at North Beach Road will be open to traffic however the entirety Prune Alley will remain closed to all motorized vehicles. This is necessary for the mutual protection of motorists and recently placed concrete and concrete forms. Pedestrian access is permitted, please exercise caution.

Remember worksite closures are for your safety but they also greatly expedite onsite work.
