Citizens Alliance for Property Rights (CAPRA) will host a dinner on Tuesday, April 6 on San Juan Island, for a presentation on “Waste Water Treatment Systems.”

Dr. Mark Gross, a former professor of Civil Engineering at the University of Arkansas in Fayettevill, will be the featured speaker at the event, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the  San Juan Island Grange Hall.

Dr. Gross has more than 20 years of experience in the decentralized wastewater field, as a teacher, researcher, and designer. He  is now the Training Manager at Orenco Systems, Inc. He has authored or co-authored more than 75 articles and is co-author of a book titled Advanced Onsite Wastewater System Technologies.
